As company founder, Darlene Shura has worked in the communications industry for almost 20 years. She has helped some of North America's most prestigious organizations communicate in a fresh new way, including IBM Corporation, AT&T, Sprint Canada, CIBC, TD Bank, the Ontario Securities Commission and government at all levels. Her background includes a B.A. and M.A. in English Literature from the University of Toronto.

Darlene is also a member of the Plain Language Association International (PLAIN) and has been heavily involved in the clear language movement in Ontario's public and financial services sectors.
